Nomination for the ‘Kunstbeeld Groene Olijf’ 2005
“This award is an initiative of gallery ArtOlive in cooperation with the artmagazine ‘Kunstbeeld’ and was for the 3th time handed to the most talented graduated artist on one of the dutch academies of arts of 2005.
From all Holland’s 12 Art academies are young graduated artists proposed by their main teachers and the magazine ‘Kunstbeeld’. The 36 most talented graduates from different academies will once only show their work together in one place.

To give the award some meaning, the is de assembly of the jury was very important. With pride we present you te jury of Young Talent 2005:
Jaap Guldemond (chairman, conservator at museum Boijmans Van Beuningen), Marieke van Schijndel (formerly head of the art-department of Rabobank Nederland), Micha Klein (artist), Kai van Hasselt (artcollector) and Robbert Roos (Chief editor of the magazine Kunstbeeld). ”
The ‘Groene Olijf’ was handed out on 11 november 2005 at 20.00 hr in the Westergasfabriek, Polonceaukade 18, Amsterdam.
